세포융합법에 의한 hybridoma 제작 방법과는 달리, 항체는 ELISA와 westerblot 등 면역측정법에 의해 면역된
토끼나 염소의 B 세포에서 직접 screening됩니다. Target B 세포를 동정한 후 cDNA를 cloning 하고, 일과성
안정 포유 동물 세포 발현(transient and stable mammalian cell expression)을 이용하여 재조합 항체를
생산합니다.
