iNSc expressing IDH1 R132H

 

 

Celther Induced Neural Stem Cells with stable expression of IDH1R132H gene and puromycin resistance

gene were generated using viral transduction. The IDH1R132H gene is under the control of EF1α promoter.

Transgene expression was confirmed by Western Blotting, immunocytochemical analysis and qPCR.

Immunofluorescence studies also indicate expression of NSC markers: Sox2 and Nestin.
