Primary human glioblastoma cells 

 

Primary human glioblastoma neurospheres CLTH/GBM are obtained from human glioblastoma tumours,

diagnosed according to WHO criteria. Neurospheres grow in suspension and are analyzed using MLPA, as

well immunocytochemical staning for the expression of GFAP (+) and α-SMA (-).
