| Atto-Actin for TIRFM   Fluorescent Actin-Conjugates Ready-for-TIRFM
Highly photostable Atto-Actins are ideal to visualize actin dynamics by TIRFM.   Atto-fluorescent actin conjugates for TIRFM are labelled with a DOL of 0.3 and thus ready-for TIRFM. The novel Atto-Actins are characterized by high photo stability, strong absoprtion and high fluorescence quantum yields - some of several features demanded for todays imaging techniques.   These fluorescent actin conjugates are prepared by esterification of lysine residues with activated Atto dyes. Atto-Actins are validated to possess the polymerization properties of native actin.   Atto-Actins are worldwide exclusively manufactured by Hypermol.   Applications TIRFM, STED, GSD.     Atto565-Actin for TIRFM (alpha skeletal muscle actin, rabbit)   Description | Protein |   | Atto565-Actin | | Origin |   | skeletal muscle alpha actin, rabbit | | Molecular mass |   | 42kDa | | Protein description       |   |   Actin from rabbit skeletal muscle is a single chain polypeptide with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 375 amino acids.
