Bovine Aortic Endothelial Cells

bAECs (cAP-b0001) are isolated from young healthy bovine aorta. The cells are shipped in proliferating

culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-02) is

recommended for the expansion of bAECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage and beyond

without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the detailed protocol

described below).

 

Bovine Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells

bPulAECs (cAP-b0002) are isolated from young healthy bovine pulmonary arteries. The cells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @passage 2). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-

02) is recommended for the expansion of bPulAECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage and

beyond without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the detailed

protocol described below).

 

Bovine Lung Microvascular Endothelial Cells

bLuMVECs (cAP-b0003) are isolated from young healthy bovine lung tissue. The cells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @passage 2). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-

02) is recommended for the expansion of bLuMVECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage

and beyond without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the

detailed protocol described below).

 

Bovine Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells

BReMVECs (cAP-b0004) are isolated from young healthy bovine retina tissue. The cells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Endothelial Growth Medium

(cAP-02) is recommended for the expansion of BReMVECs and these cells can be propagated to at least 10

population doubling times without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured

following the detailed protocol described below).

 

Bovine Glomerular Micro vascular Endothelial Cells

bGluMVECs (cAP-b0005) are isolated from young healthy bovine glomeruli. The cells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-

02) is recommended for the expansion of bGluMVECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage

and beyond without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the

detailed protocol described below).

 

Bovine Cardiac Microvascular Endothelial Cells

bCarMVECs (cAP-b0006) are isolated from young healthy bovine heart tissues. Thecells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 2). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-

02) is recommended for the expansion of bCarMVECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage

and beyond without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the

detailed protocol described below).

 

Bovine Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells

bCAAECs (cAP-b0007) are isolated from young healthy bovine coronary arteries. The cells are shipped in

proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are provided @ passage 3). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-

02) is recommended for the expansion of bCAAECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage and

beyond without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the detailed

Bovine Adrenal Microvascular Endothelial Cells

bAdMVECs (cAP-b0008) are isolated from young healthy bovine adrenal tissues. The cells are shipped in

GFP-bAECs (cAP-b0001GFP) are selected from bAECs (cAP-b0001) transfected using lentri-virus expressing

GFP using Puromycin. The cells are shipped in proliferating culture with >90 confluence (the cells are

provided @ passage 2) or in frozen vial (with > 5 x 105cells/vial). Endo-Growth Medium (cAP-02) is

recommended for the expansion of bAECs and these cells can be propagated to sixth passage and beyond

without losing their morphologic and phenotypic characteristics when cultured following the detailed protocol

described below).

 

RFP Expressing Bovine Aortic Endothelial Cells
