Celther Induced Neural Stem Cells with stable expression of IDH1 wild type gene and puromycin resistance

gene were generated using viral transduction. The IDH1 wild type gene is under the control of EF1α promoter.

Transgene expression was confirmed by Western Blotting, immunocytochemical analysis and qPCR.

Immunofluorescence studies also indicate expression of NSC markers: Sox2 and Nestin.
