 Minute™ RBC(Red blood cells) lysis buffer 

Red blood cells (RBC) are abundant in blood-rich organs such as spleen of mouse and is the major

component of blood. In many experiments such as protein and nucleic acid extraction from blood rich

organs and analysis of nucleated cells from blood by flow cytometry, the RBC are not desirable and should

be removed as much as possible prior to the extraction procedures. Minute RBC lysis buffer is a modified

ammonium chloride solution that can effectively lyse RBC without significant effect onother nucleated cells.

 Minute™ WB Blocking Solution 

The WB blocking solution is designed to block non-specific binding of antibodies to WB blot membranes.

This proprietary formulated blocker is a non-casein and non-milk based solution that effectively blocks non-

specific binding rapidly and effectively resulting in clear background, increased contrast and enhanced signal

intensity.This solution can also be used in ELISA, IHC and other detection system where blocking of non-

specific antibody binding is needed. This blocking solution does not contain detergent and Tris.

 Minute™ Denaturing Protein Solubilization Reagent 

This reagent is formulated for dissolving protein pellets using protein kits from Invent Biotechnologies (Cat#

Nos. SM-005, SM-005-P, CP-011, NE-013, YM-017, MM-018 and AF-023) and other companies. Solubilized

proteins are denatured due to the presence of an anionic detergent (SDS).Proteins dissolved in this reagent

is mainly used for SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and Western blotting.In some cases, the solubilized protein

can also be used for immunoprecipitation and trypsin digestion if SDSis removed using SDS-Remover (Cat.

No. WA-012, Invent Biotechnologies).
