LyseNow(R) Food Pathogen Listeria DNA Extraction Strip Cards feature proprietary lysis buffer impregnated

filter paper discs that are assembled between two transparent PET layers and spaced out to align with one

row of a 96 well plate format. The filter paper discs lyse listeria cells on contact, release DNA contents;

transparent card allows for the easy alignment of the discs over one row of a 96 well plate,the discs can be

effortlessly pushed down to 96 well plate wells with sterile pipette tips; listeria DNA can then be easily eluted

off with 10 minutes shaking, meanwhile, inhibitors and food matrix DNA are trapped on filter paper due to their

bigger molecular sizes. Elution can be used directly for PCR. LyseNow(R) Food Pathogen Listeria DNA

Extraction Strip Card provides equal positive/negative call-outs yet for fractional efforts, time and cost. It

produces little plastic waste and no any chemical waste at all.
